Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Projects: Drive Beam's operations by planning and executing strategic projects to enhance key business metrics.
• Expansion & Localization: Oversee the expansion into new cities and vehicle types, localizing strategies to fit individual market needs.
• Data-driven Innovation: Use rich consumer data to develop insights and constantly innovate on products and processes. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like SQL or Tableau is a plus.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with various teams, including product, marketing, and government relations, to ensure seamless business execution.
• Hands-on Operations: Get an intimate understanding of the product and customers by being hands-on with service and operations on the ground.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a dynamic startup, corporate, or professional services environment.
• Languages: Fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a target-oriented approach to projects. Experience using data to solve business problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Mindset: A strategic thinker who can look beyond data and consider the broader business context. A team player who can develop deep working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in mobility or logistics is a plus, but not necessary.

• 운영 전략 및 프로젝트: 핵심 비즈니스 지표를 향상시키기 위한 전략적 프로젝트를 계획하고 실행하여 Beam의 운영을 추진합니다.
• 확장 및 현지화: 신규 도시 및 차량 유형으로의 확장을 총괄하고, 개별 시장 현실에 맞춰 전략을 현지화합니다.
• 데이터 기반 혁신: 풍부한 소비자 데이터를 활용하여 인사이트를 개발하고, 기존 제품과 프로세스를 지속적으로 혁신합니다. SQL 또는 Tableau와 같은 데이터 분석 및 시각화 툴 경험은 우대됩니다.

자격 요건

• 경력: 역동적인 스타트업, 기업 또는 전문 서비스 환경에서 최소 3년 이상의 실무 경험.
• 언어: 한국어와 영어 모두 유창함은 필수입니다.
• 기술: 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력과 프로젝트에 대한 목표 지향적 접근 방식. 데이터 분석을 활용하여 비즈니스 문제를 해결한 경험. 강력한 구두 및 서면 소통 능력.
• 마인드: 데이터 너머를 보고 광범위한 비즈니스 맥락을 고려할 수 있는 전략적 사고 능력을 갖춘 분. 다양한 이해관계자와 깊이 있는 업무 관계를 구축할 수 있는 팀 플레이어. 모빌리티 또는 물류 분야 경험은 필수 요건은 아니지만 우대됩니다.
