Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in a high-volume output operations team (your title/level will be based on experience).
• Ideally, some experience at a scrappy startup, especially within the FinTech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Uphold a service-oriented mindset when collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Willingness to put in extra hours during busy periods (typically month-end).
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ability to execute independently and maintain integrity in a fully remote company.
