Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is offering a Pioneer Talent Program for a Frontend Engineer on its Binance Pay & Card team. This is a full-time, on-site or remote role in Asia for an early-career professional with up to 5 years of relevant work experience. The program is designed to provide hands-on expertise through tailored training and 1:1 mentorship. You will be responsible for designing and building next-generation web and native applications, focusing on creating fast, user-friendly experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Implementation: Implement new user-facing features for Binance's products, which receive a massive amount of daily page views.
- Coding & Optimization: Write super-fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications for both desktop and mobile browsers. You will also optimize web applications to maximize speed and scalability.
- Framework Development: Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, aiming to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience developing production JavaScript code with strong knowledge of ReactJS/NextJS.
- Technical Skills: Experience with state-management patterns like React-query, Redux, or Zustand. You should also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI projects and experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., react-hook-form, tailwindcss, webpack).
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: An active GitHub/NPM portfolio, familiarity with the entire web stack, and knowledge of TypeScript and NextJS are a plus. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot is also preferred.
