Main Responsibilities

• Design Strategy & Leadership: Craft and steer unified UX across clinical software; uphold usability, visual consistency, and clarity.
• Team Management & Development: Mentor product designers and usability specialists; cultivate a feedback-driven, collaborative culture and streamline quality review and design processes.
• Design Systems & Experience: Build and maintain a clinical design system supporting modular interfaces, consistent terminology, and efficient workflows.
• Usability & Research Leadership: Lead usability studies, prototyping cycles, and human factors engineering (e.g. IEC 62366) to validate designs and ensure safety and transparency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product/UX design, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in clinical or health-tech UI/UX (diagnostic imaging, health IT).
• Familiarity with regulated product design and medical-device usability requirements.
• Proven experience leading design teams in AI-powered SaaS or enterprise healthcare software.
• Excellent English communication; ability to collaborate in global teams balancing user, technical, and regulatory demands.

Preferred

• Background in radiology, cancer screening, or PACS/RIS systems.
• Experience with interoperability standards like DICOM, HL7, IHE.
• Involvement in FDA or IEC 62366-based usability engineering.
• Experience designing interpretive dashboards or AI results displays in clinical settings.

• AI 기반 SaaS 또는 임상 소프트웨어 디자인 팀리딩 경력
• 글로벌 협업 및 사용자·기술·규제 요소를 조율할 수 있는 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력

우대사항

• 영상의학, 암 검진, PACS/RIS 관련 경험
• DICOM, HL7, IHE 등 의료 인터페이스 표준 이해
