Key Responsibilities

• Design Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive the product design and user experience vision for complex clinical software products. You will ensure a cohesive design strategy across various applications and champion usability excellence and visual consistency.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a growing team of product designers and UX/HFE specialists. You will promote a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture and establish effective processes for quality review and problem-solving.
• Design Systems: Develop and evolve a design system that supports modular clinical interfaces, workflow efficiency, and global scalability.
• Usability & Research: Oversee the planning and execution of usability studies, prototyping, and design validation. You will also manage Human Factors Engineering (HFE) efforts to ensure compliance with medical device regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in product/UX design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role.
• Expertise: Deep expertise in designing clinical or enterprise healthcare software. Familiarity with regulated product design, usability validation, and the medical device development lifecycle is essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience leading multi-product design teams, including AI-powered tools, SaaS platforms, and healthcare informatics solutions.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English is required to communicate clearly with global teams.
• Preferred: Experience in cancer screening, radiology, or imaging informatics. Knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) and clinical user environments (e.g., PACS/RIS) is a significant plus.

자격 요건

• 경력: 프로덕트/UX 디자인 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력과 3년 이상의 디자인 리더십 역할 경험.
• 전문성: 임상 또는 엔터프라이즈 헬스케어 소프트웨어 디자인에 대한 깊은 전문 지식. 규제된 제품 디자인, 사용성 유효성 검사 및 의료 기기 개발 라이프사이클에 대한 이해가 필수적입니다.
• 기술 지식: AI 기반 도구, SaaS 플랫폼, 헬스케어 정보학 솔루션 등 여러 제품 디자인 팀을 이끈 경험.
• 소통: 글로벌 팀과 명확하게 소통하기 위해 영어에 능통해야 합니다.
• 우대 사항: 암 검진, 방사선과 또는 영상 정보학 분야 경험. 상호운용성 표준(예: DICOM, HL7) 및 임상 사용자 환경(예: PACS/RIS)에 대한 지식은 큰 장점입니다.
