Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for core products
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into personas, journeys, and hypotheses
• Design and prototype responsive web/mobile experiences
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define and ship features
• Build and maintain a flexible design system
• Integrate the brand visually and functionally across user touchpoints
• Stay current on design trends and continuously refine design strategy

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience designing complex digital products (SaaS/B2B preferred)
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, rationale, and process
• Strong user research, wireframing, and prototyping skills
• Effective communicator across design, product, and engineering
• Experience with design systems and fast-paced team environments
• Passion for trustworthy, brand-aligned design
