Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Expertise: Provide strategic expertise in UI/UX design, driving innovation across Binance's product ecosystem. You'll apply design thinking methodologies to create user-friendly designs that appeal to a global audience.
• Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the effective implementation of design solutions. You'll also participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry developments to continually improve design approaches and foster innovation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Skills: Strong visual and interaction design skills with a deep understanding of user experience principles. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project Management: Strong project management abilities with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferred: A passion for motion design or illustration is a plus.

자격 요건
