Key Responsibilities

• Core Experience Design: Design the core user journey and define the key user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) tailored to the service's specific features.
• Problem Definition & Experimentation: Define problems based on user feedback and lead experiments to find solutions.
• Rapid Execution: Drive fast-paced execution by collaborating closely with Product Managers and developers.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills:
  • Proven experience in designing UX for new services or MVP-stage products.
  • Ability to create structural UX designs that consider diverse user behaviors.
  • Experience leading execution with a "business owner" mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyze user behavior data and connect it to product improvements.
• Mindset: You're comfortable with, or drawn to, a lean, fast-paced team culture. You think about the product first, not just the tools.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with dating, social, or AI-based products.
  • 6-7+ years of experience in the IT industry.

  • 유저 행동 데이터를 정리·해석하고, 실제 제품 개선으로 연결한 경험.
• 마인드: 빠른 실행 중심의 Lean한 팀 문화에 익숙하거나, 이에 매력을 느끼는 분. 툴에 국한되지 않고 프로덕트를 중심으로 생각하는 디자이너.
• 우대 사항:
  • 데이팅, 소셜, 또는 AI 기반 프로덕트 경험.
  • 6-7년 이상의 IT업계 경험.
