Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design from concept through launch for specific product areas
• Conduct user research, define problems and goals using data insights
• Design intuitive user interfaces based on well-framed challenges
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and QA teams for seamless execution
• Continuously iterate and improve post-launch product experiences

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 8+ years experience in software company product design roles
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes and research methodology
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in collaborating with engineering teams; strong grasp of development constraints
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Portfolio showcasing strong product thinking (submit via website link)
• No international travel restrictions

Preferred:

• Experience creating and managing robust design systems
• Background in AI applications within design contexts
• Hands-on experience with ProtoPie in a professional setting

자격 요건

필수:

• 프로토타이핑 능력을 포함한 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 기술.

근무 조건
