Key Responsibilities

Facilitator (30%)

• Act as a lead sprint master, facilitating all product development engagements for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Embody the role of an engagement lead for a portfolio of initiatives, preparing for sprint events (e.g., reviewing client briefs, setting up virtual/in-person events).

Product Development/Strategist (30%)

• Develop and mature existing Digital Labs service offerings, including product development sprints, customer testing, tech-build, thought leadership events, and pilots.
• Drive co-creation of design with partners in financial services, tech, airlines, retail & commerce, and other industries.
• Proactively advise partners on leveraging market catalysts like Open Banking, Crypto, VR/AR to drive new products (e.g., decentralized finance) and evolving mobile capabilities.
• Explore and support the development of Mastercard Labs’ relationships with external innovation entities, labs, and universities.

Stakeholder Management/Business Operation (40%)

• Be a lead advocate for innovation within Mastercard, serving as a public face for Mastercard Labs in Japan, Korea, and AP.
• Evangelize Digital Labs products/services to support business development opportunities and achieve shared revenue objectives.
• Provide leadership to diverse teams (UX designers, developers, stakeholders) to build morale and foster cohesion in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in product innovation and consulting.
• Strong interest in agile and design thinking methodologies for product development.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary groups through activities like strategic planning, journey mapping, and requirements gathering.
• High energy, strong sense of ownership, and a desire to succeed, coupled with strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with persuasive "presence" and the ability to effectively communicate technology to business people and vice versa.
• Understanding/experience of innovation frameworks and practical technology application.
• Startup and/or consulting experience is preferred. Payments technology knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Organized, with expert facilitation skills, especially in ambiguous situations.
• Leadership skills: ability to influence others without direct reporting relationships.
• Values and promotes strong processes for consistent, high-quality results.
• Experience in management consultancy, product owner, or scrum master roles is relevant.
• Ability to act effectively as a brand ambassador.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Korean and Japanese fluency highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel.

퍼실리테이터 (30%)

• 금융 서비스, 기술, 항공사, 소매 및 상업, 기타 산업 분야의 파트너와 함께 디자인의 공동 창작을 추진합니다.
• 오픈 뱅킹, 암호화폐, VR 및 AR과 같은 혁신적인 신기술을 활용하여 분산형 금융과 같은 새로운 제품 및 iOS 및 Android 플랫폼의 모바일 핸드셋 내에서 진화하는 새로운 기능을 추진하도록 파트너에게 적극적으로 조언하고 포지셔닝합니다.
• 다른 혁신 단체, 랩 조직, 대학 등 외부 기관과의 Mastercard Labs 관계를 탐색하고 개발을 지원합니다.

이해관계자 관리/비즈니스 운영 (40%)

• Mastercard 내에서 혁신의 주요 옹호자가 되어 일본, 한국 및 아시아 태평양 지역에서 Mastercard Labs의 대외적인 얼굴 중 하나로 활동합니다.
• 비즈니스 개발 기회를 지원하고 공유된 수익 목표를 달성하기 위해 디지털 랩스 제품/서비스를 전파합니다.
• UX 디자이너, 비디오 콘텐츠 제작자, 개발자 및 이해관계자로 구성된 다양한 팀에 리더십을 제공하여 사기를 높이고 역동적이고 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 결속력을 만듭니다.
