What You'll Do

• Drive Product Strategy & Portfolio Management: Develop a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle by leveraging insights from customer and market intelligence.
• Initiate New Projects: Identify new product opportunities, prioritize them based on solid business cases, and define clear requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead successful product launches and coordinate with various teams to resolve development challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Support Sales & Business Development: Provide product expertise to sales and partner teams. You'll deliver compelling solution presentations and assess new technologies or integrations for their growth potential.

The Skills You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role, preferably in communications solutions or cloud-based services.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Technical Acumen: You're tech-savvy and eager to explore AI, cloud, and emerging technologies. General knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI market trends is preferred.
• Communication: You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and can deliver clear, compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: You're comfortable working in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You can think strategically while also executing hands-on product initiatives. You have an analytical and business-oriented mindset, with proficiency in feature prioritization and roadmap planning.
