Sendbird, a leading omnichannel AI agent platform, is seeking an experienced Product Manager, AI Agent to join its team in Seoul. This full-time, on-site role is for a customer-obsessed professional with 5+ years of product management experience, including at least one year focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered products. You will define the product strategy and roadmap for Sendbird's AI Agent offering, ensuring it becomes the industry's leading platform for proactive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is deeply technical, outcome-driven, and has a strong background in API-first or SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Sendbird's AI Agent, focusing on proactive, omnichannel customer engagement.
- Metric Ownership: Translate the strategic vision into concrete business outcomes by owning key metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) and agent resolution rates.
- Technical Mastery: Master the entire AI agent technology stack, from LLM selection to agentic orchestration frameworks, making informed build-vs-buy decisions.
- Evangelism & Leadership: Evangelize the AI Agent vision both internally and externally. You will also lead 0 → 1 and 1 → n product launches, ensuring a high-quality standard.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1+ year focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered products. Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or agentic systems is a significant plus.
- Technical Foundation: A strong technical background, demonstrated through a degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Product Experience: Experience with API-first products, developer platforms, or SaaS platforms. You must understand how to build for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
- Languages: Business-level proficiency in English is required.

자격 요건
