Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of core features for a web app-based MVP.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Use user data to analyze user experience, define problems, and lead the charge in solving them.
• Rapid Iteration: Drive a fast-paced cycle of user research, experiment design, launch, analysis, and improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other teams to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Experience launching a new product or working in a 0-to-1 stage environment.
  • Proven experience leading execution with a "business owner" mindset.
  • Experience aligning goals and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • A track record of analyzing user behavior data and using it to improve the product.
• Mindset: You're comfortable with, or drawn to, a lean, fast-paced team culture that prioritizes execution.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with dating, social, or AI-based products.
  • Experience with web app development.

자격 요건

• 경험:
  • 신규 프로덕트 런칭 또는 0→1 단계 경험이 있는 분.
  • 한 명의 '비즈니스 오너'처럼 실행을 리드한 경험이 있는 분.
  • 다양한 팀과 협업하며 목표를 맞춘 경험이 있는 분.
  • 유저 행동 데이터를 분석하고 실제 제품 개선으로 연결한 경험이 있는 분.
• 마인드: 빠른 실행 중심의 Lean한 팀 문화에 익숙하거나, 이에 매력을 느끼는 분.
• 우대 사항:
  • 데이팅, 소셜, 혹은 AI 기반 프로덕트 경험.
  • WebApp 경험이 있는 분.
