Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment from project approval to completion. You will be the main point of contact for senior management and project sponsors.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide timely escalations to senior leaders with recommendations. You will also manage changes in project scope.
• Strategic Execution: Work with teams to assess project feasibility, develop detailed timelines, and manage activities for successful execution. You'll provide alternative analyses to find opportunities for acceleration or to strengthen the business proposition.
• Communication & Collaboration: Lead core team meetings, maintain effective communication, and ensure adherence to the standard governance framework.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of business/work experience with cross-functional experience (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance). Experience in FMCG or consulting is a plus, and an understanding of Japanese domestic culture is crucial.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience in project/program management. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a basic understanding of finance to lead business case development.
• Languages: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Japanese and English are required.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Mindset: You must be able to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, meet deadlines, and have superior follow-up skills.

자격 요건

• 경력: R&D, 엔지니어링, 공급망, 마케팅, 재무 등 여러 부서와 협업한 경험을 포함하여 최소 8년 이상의 비즈니스/업무 경력. FMCG 또는 컨설팅 회사 경험은 우대되며, 일본 국내 문화에 대한 이해가 이 포지션 성공에 매우 중요합니다.
• 기술: 프로젝트/프로그램 관리 경험이 입증된 분. 강력한 리더십 및 소통 기술과 함께 사업 계획 개발을 주도할 수 있는 재무에 대한 기본 이해가 있어야 합니다.
