Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead project-based initiatives to identify and solve challenges and capture opportunities in the cross-border business
• Conduct in-depth analyses on opportunities and current operational pain points
• Lead projects to improve processes across Business Development, Operations, and Logistics
• Analyse business performance indicators and re-engineer processes based on industry best practices
• Handle issue management, developing both short-term and long-term solutions
• Manage internal and external communication-related projects
• Organise and lead meetings, ensuring proper follow-up and execution
• Develop and track project plans to meet goals and deadlines
• Prepare project status reports covering progress, challenges, and risks

Who You Are:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Background in management consulting or related fields is a plus
• Experienced across the full project life cycle, from strategy to implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at stakeholder management and relationship building
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in time management
