Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sourcing projects for changing categories and markets
• Ensure consistent digital processes and documentation
• Collaborate with regional category teams to resolve supplier issues
• Support non-sourcing projects (e.g., sustainability, corporate initiatives)
• Monitor and achieve financial objectives for projects
• Conduct knowledge onboarding with available tools and resources
• Negotiate with suppliers and drive strategic sourcing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement
• Native-level Korean, fluent English, and business-level Chinese a plus
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities
• Proven project leadership and problem-solving skills
• Flexible mindset with willingness for job rotation and international exposure

자격 요건:
