As a Sales Associate at Hermès Pangyo Hyundai, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering high-quality customer engagement and supporting the in-store experience. You’ll build long-term client relationships while representing Hermès’ diverse product categories and sharing its unique heritage.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Hermès products and uphold brand culture
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage all aspects of the sales cycle
- Maintain and develop client relationships through regular updates and care
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and floor upkeep
- Participate in store operations, inventory, and cleanliness
- Contribute to sales targets, marketing events, and promotional programs
- Record and report on sales activity
- Learn and share product knowledge with team members
- Accurately execute transactions in alignment with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ sales or customer service experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality
- Passion for fashion and proficiency in sales techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service orientation
- Team player with proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Fluency in English or other languages (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus

자격 요건
- 1~3년 세일즈 및 고객 서비스 경력 (럭셔리/패션/호스피탈리티 우대)
- 패션에 대한 열정과 뛰어난 세일즈 역량
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력
- 팀워크를 중시하며 적극적인 자세 보유
- 영어 및 외국어(중국어, 일본어 등) 가능자 우대
