As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be central to supporting our growth in the U.S. market. This role will involve CRM lead tracking, social media content, blog writing, and internal marketing projects. You’ll collaborate directly with our founder and small but passionate team to build awareness, generate leads, and grow customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tracking and outreach (CRM, email, follow-up)
- Write blog articles using SEO best practices (with guidance)
- Plan and publish social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create visual content with Canva
- Support newsletters and marketing emails
- Organize inbound form submissions and track conversion
- Prepare sales materials (slides, one-pagers)
- Manage and schedule the content calendar
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
- Native Korean proficiency
- Confident working with U.S. clients
- Strong writing/storytelling skills
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
- Familiar with social media tools
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or video editing is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or Mailchimp is a plus

- 세일즈 자료(피치덱, 원페이지 등) 준비
- 콘텐츠 캘린더 관리 및 일정 조율
