As ProtoPie continues scaling globally, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize sales processes, systems, and reporting. You'll be the go-to expert for CRM insights, sales strategy, performance tracking, and cross-team collaboration across marketing, customer success, and product teams. This role is pivotal in enabling high-performing global sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce CRM: dashboards, forecasting, lead scoring
  • Align lead generation between sales & marketing
  • Collaborate with teams to improve sales tech stack and workflow
  • Drive sales forecasting and strategy based on pipeline analytics
  • Define sales quotas, build business plans, and support global enablement
  • Improve handoffs between sales & marketing, manage ABM initiatives
  • Build sales playbooks, pitch decks, and performance benchmarks

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales ops or strategy (startup background a plus)
  • Proficient in Salesforce, sales methodologies, CRM integrations
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and cross-functional project skills
  • English and Korean fluency
  • Strong business acumen and quota-setting experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or BI tools
  • Background in the UI/UX or design tools industry
  • Able to work across APAC/EMEA time zones and travel as needed

  • 데이터 기반 분석력 및 실행력
  • 영어/한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 빠르게 변화하는 환경 적응력

우대 사항:

  • HubSpot, ZoomInfo, BI 툴 사용 경험자
  • 디자인툴/프로토타이핑 산업 이해도
  • APAC/EMEA 타임존 협업 및 출장 가능자
