Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
• Data Modeling: Create efficient data architectures with custom objects, fields, relationships, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that align with organizational goals.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: Conduct rigorous testing and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed features.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API interfaces.
• Declarative Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative features (workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes).
• Methodology: Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
• Industry Experience: Automotive industry project experience is a plus.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.

기본 자격

• 경력: 세일즈포스 프로젝트 경력 최소 5년.
