What You'll Do

• Custom Development: Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
• Data Modeling: Create efficient data architectures with custom objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that meet organizational goals.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of your solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API interfaces. A strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative features (workflows, flows, approval processes) is essential.
• Methodology: Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Experience with projects in the automotive industry is a plus.
