What You Will Do

• Manage and cultivate relationships with our existing gaming advertisers.
• Analyze partner campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
• Identify and develop upsell opportunities to significantly scale revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Mobile Ad-tech industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager (AM), Business Development Manager (BDM), Customer Success Manager (CSM), User Acquisition (UA) Manager, or a similar client-facing role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Fluent in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese (required, for APAC focus).

• 영어 능통 (필수).
• 중국어, 한국어 또는 일본어 능통 (APAC 지역 집중을 위해 필수).
