Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Act as the main representative for Google/Mandiant, supporting a government organization and its dynamic mission requirements.
• Product Delivery: Manage all aspects of Mandiant Threat Intelligence product delivery, organization, and sharing with the customer.
• Analytical Research: Apply analytic tradecraft to detect, investigate, track, and report on cyber-driven and social media-driven information operations.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their threat concerns and set expectations for deliverables.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing analytical role within cyber security or information operations research. Experience engaging with and presenting to both technical and executive stakeholders is essential.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Language: Fluent in both English and Korean is required for this customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Information Operations analyst in a customer-facing environment. Experience investigating politically motivated information operations and tracking disinformation campaigns is a plus.
• Geopolitical Knowledge: Experience with geopolitical issues and political analysis, particularly related to China, North Korea, and the APAC region.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in stakeholder management, leading, presenting, and reporting to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Work Style: The ability to work to tight deadlines, with occasional same-day turnarounds.

자격 요건

필수 자격

• 경력: 사이버 보안 또는 정보 작전 연구 및 분석 분야의 고객 대면 분석 역할에서 최소 7년 이상의 경력. 기술 이해관계자 및 경영진과 소통하고 발표한 경험이 필수적입니다.
• 학력: 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 실무 경험.
• 언어: 고객 대면 역할이므로 영어와 한국어에 모두 능통해야 합니다.

우대 자격

• 전문 경험: 고객 대면 환경에서 정보 작전 분석가/운영 역할 최소 3년의 경력. 정치적 동기가 있는 정보 작전을 조사하거나 소셜 미디어 기반 영향력 및 허위 정보 캠페인을 추적한 경험은 우대됩니다.
• 지정학적 지식: 지정학적 문제 및 정치 분석 경험, 특히 중국, 북한 및 아시아 태평양(APAC) 지역에 대한 지식.
• 이해관계자 관리: 경영진을 포함한 다양한 청중에게 보고, 발표, 리드하는 이해관계자 관리 경험.
• 업무 스타일: 긴급한 마감 기한에 맞춰 작업하고 때로는 당일 안에 결과물을 내야 하는 경우에도 대처하는 능력.
