Responsibilities

• Perform architectural engineering for Concept, Basic & Detailed design.
• Prepare and coordinate all technical drawings & documentation required for project execution, including but not limited to:
  • Review and analysis of regulatory requirements.
  • Site and infrastructure analysis.
  • General architectural drawings.
  • Site Master Planning / Building Section & Elevation Design.
  • Basis of Design and Finish Schedule.
  • Typical details, Finishes, Wall, Door and Window schedule.
  • Technical specifications & Detail drawings & Review shop drawings.
• Ensure design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
• Perform project coordination for Facility Design and Construction (Structure, Civil, and MEP work).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 15 + years of experience.
• AutoCAD experience is a must.
• Good hands-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as SketchUp, 3D Max Modeling, Revit, etc.; additional knowledge of 3D Design Software is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Korea and International Building Code and local legislative regulations.
• Interested in multi-cultural teamwork; autonomous, discreet, and organized.
• Fluent written and oral in English and Korean.

자격 요건

• 건축학 학사 학위.
• 15년 이상의 경력.
• AutoCAD 경험 필수.
• SketchUp, 3D Max Modeling, Revit 등 3D 모델링 도구 활용 능력 우수; 3D 디자인 소프트웨어 추가 지식은 가점.
• 한국 및 국제 건축법규 및 현지 법규에 대한 깊이 있는 지식.
• 다문화 팀워크에 관심이 있으며, 자율적이고 신중하며 체계적입니다.
• 영어 및 한국어 능통 (작문 및 구두).
