As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Flipster, you'll join a fast-paced, globally remote team focused on creating intuitive and user-friendly crypto trading experiences. We pride ourselves on high code quality through rigorous reviews and collaborative problem-solving. Working in agile squads with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, you'll proactively contribute to our rapidly growing web and app-based exchange platform, ensuring seamless performance even under high traffic.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain high-traffic cryptocurrency exchange web pages.
- Optimize web views for smooth mobile app integration.
- Implement TradingView chart functionalities for the exchange platform.
- Create and maintain essential back-office systems for internal users.
- Implement and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR) to boost SEO performance.
- Process real-time data efficiently using WebSockets.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in React frontend development, including initial project setups.
- Proven track record of developing and troubleshooting web view solutions with mobile teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- A strong passion for detailed and effective code reviews.
- Enjoy maintaining clear and comprehensive development documentation.
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and personal growth.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Korean.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience optimizing and resolving web view-related issues.
- Experience optimizing and maintaining Next.js servers.
- Strong understanding and experience with SEO optimization.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with bundlers.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Interest in and familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
- Practical experience using TradingView.
- Hands-on experience processing real-time data through WebSockets.
