Responsibilities & Duties

• Independently manage mid to large-scale campaigns and clients from kickoff through recap and renewal, overseeing support from associates/team members as needed.
• Provide outstanding client service, owning client communication, relationship building, and ensuring campaign objectives are met.
• Lead internal project management and collaboration for successful and timely execution of all campaign elements.
• Directly or indirectly manage and mentor junior team members.
• Stay updated on industry marketing trends to enhance Her Campus Media’s offerings and maintain market innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in an integrated marketing role at a publisher and/or agency, with a focus on post-sale responsibilities.
• Proven track record of personally managing mid to large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and building client relationships across digital, influencer, and experiential (experience with all 3 strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication, client services, and problem-solving skills.
• Very strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a highly matrixed environment.
• Passion for Her Campus Media’s mission to connect with Gen Z and clients.

자격 요건

• 퍼블리셔 및/또는 에이전시에서 통합 마케팅 직무 5년 이상의 정규직 경험, 특히 판매 후(post-sale) 책임에 중점을 둔 경험.
• 디지털, 인플루언서, 체험형(3가지 모두 경험이 강력히 선호됨) 분야에서 중대형 통합 마케팅 캠페인을 직접 관리하고 클라이언트 관계를 구축한 성공적인 실적.
