As the Senior Marketing Officer in Korea, your mission is to grow the customer base by reaching new audiences while strengthening loyalty with existing clients. This role is heavily focused on CRM management, VIP programs, and data-driven loyalty strategies, playing a key role in enhancing brand engagement and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage direct marketing (DM) and CRM campaigns from planning to reporting
  • Collaborate with CRM vendors and internal teams to support personalized customer experiences
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and drive CRM analytics and dashboard improvements
  • Own the VIP customer program: manage exclusive benefits, services, KPIs, and strategic communication
  • Continuously optimize loyalty programs across online and offline channels
  • Enhance data strategy, including customer profiling, segmentation, and data integration for consumer insights
  • Develop marketing materials and coordinate the rollout of loyalty campaigns
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and take on ad hoc marketing projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in loyalty marketing and CRM (1–2 years for Assistant role consideration)
  • Proven results managing VIP or loyalty programs
  • Strong experience in CRM platforms, customer data management, and analytics

자격 요건

  • 마케팅 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상
  • CRM, VIP 프로그램, 충성도 마케팅 유경험자 (5–7년 이상)
  • 고객 분석 및 타겟 마케팅에 대한 명확한 이해
  • Excel 및 PowerPoint 활용 능숙자
  • 영어 및 한국어 모두 유창한 커뮤니케이션 가능자
