Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Plan and execute large-group projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and other disciplines.
• Technical & Strategic Guidance: Set and execute technical direction to build new products or refine existing ones. You will also identify opportunities and gaps in current models to strategize future work.
• Mentorship: Mentor a distributed team of engineers, providing subject matter expertise.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to develop solutions and collaborate with partner organizations. You'll also assist legal teams with patent preparations.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience leading ML teams in applied research and production is required. You should also have experience in a cross-disciplinary, matrixed organization.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks like TensorFlow, TF-Serving, JAX, and XLA/MLIR. Experience with large-scale distributed training and inference is also necessary.

• Languages: Working proficiency in Korean is required, with fluency preferred.

• Skills: Strong mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a demonstrated passion for applied ML models.

• Bonus: Experience working for B2B companies in the ML space.

자격 요건

• 경력: 응용 연구 및 프로덕션에서 ML 팀을 이끈 경험이 필수입니다. 교차 부서의 매트릭스 조직에서 근무한 경험이 있어야 합니다.
• 기술: Python 및 TensorFlow, TF-Serving, JAX, XLA/MLIR과 같은 관련 ML 프레임워크에 능숙해야 합니다. 대규모 분산 학습 및 추론 사용 경험 또한 필수입니다.
• 언어: 한국어 비즈니스 수준(working proficiency) 이상이 필수이며, 유창함(fluency)이 우대됩니다.
• 기술: 강력한 멘토링, 소통 및 문제 해결 능력과 응용 ML 모델에 대한 입증된 열정.
• 우대 사항: ML 분야 B2B 기업에서 근무한 경험.
