Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with IT team members and end-users.
• Work as part of a virtual global/regional team, navigating cultural and language differences.
• Handle ambiguity and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prepare incident reports with detailed troubleshooting analysis.
• Provide first and second-level network operations support during escalations.
• Independently or collaboratively troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
• Participate in RFC processes, documenting and resolving network-impacting changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in network support and administration (or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Telecommunications).
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies: SD-WAN, QoS, DNS, LAN, WLAN security (NAC, VLANs, VxLAN, IPsec).
• In-depth understanding of network routing and switching technologies/protocols: OSPF, BGP.
• Hands-on experience with products such as Cisco, Arista, and F5 LTM is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Python, and Splunk is advantageous.
• Current CCNP certification with relevant professional experience; CCIE, Cisco DevNet certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

필요 기술 및 경험

• 네트워크 지원 및 관리 분야에서 최소 5년의 경험 (또는 컴퓨터 과학, 정보 시스템 또는 통신 분야 학사 학위 소지 시 3년 이상).
• SD-WAN, QoS, DNS, LAN, WLAN 보안(NAC, VLAN, VxLAN, IPsec)과 같은 네트워킹 기술에 대한 강력한 지식.
• O S P F, B G P와 같은 네트워크 라우팅 및 스위칭 기술 및 프로토콜에 대한 깊은 이해.
• 시스코(Cisco), 아리스타(Arista), F5 LTM와 같은 제품 실무 경험 우대.
• 앤서블(Ansible), 파이썬(Python), 스플렁크(Splunk) 지식 우대.
• 관련 전문 경력을 갖춘 최신 C C N P 자격증 소지; C C I E, 시스코 데브넷(Cisco DevNet) 자격증 우대.
• 뛰어난 영어 작문 및 구두 의사소통 능력; 중국어(표준어) 능숙 우대.
