Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, HCI, graphic design, or product planning
• Portfolio showcasing your problem-solving process and design thinking
• Strong interest in medical technology, AI, or diagnostic systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to structure and design complex, data-driven systems with a user-centric approach
• Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and other visualization tools
• Experience conducting user interviews and research
• Experience building web design systems
• Proven ability to define UX and reflect it in measurable KPIs
• Strong ability to give and receive feedback clearly

Preferred

• Experience in platform service design
• Experience designing ML or data collection tools
• Background in healthcare or medical-related services
• Experience improving design productivity with AI tools
• Experience mentoring junior designers
