Key Responsibilities

• Design Strategy & Ownership: Develop and drive the design strategy for your product feature area in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will own the entire end-to-end design process, from research to validation.
• Research & Envisioning: Confidently identify when to conduct research, choose the right methodologies, and run your own research projects. You will also be a key player in creating compelling visions and breakthrough ideas for the product.
• UI/UX Mastery: Bring high-fidelity designs to life with a strong grasp of visual and interaction design principles. You'll use your expertise in typography, color, and layout to create simple, brilliant, and delightful user experiences.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Be an effective cross-functional collaborator, using feedback and consensus-building to drive great outcomes. You will also begin to have a wider influence on the design team, mentoring others and leading workshops.
• Communication: Confidently build narratives around your design work with clear, fluent written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Experience: Extensive experience as an IC product designer with a work history and portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of end-to-end design craft. Experience designing complex solutions for digital environments is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, including simplicity, typography, interaction, and UI design. Proven ability to use a design system and know when to improve it. Proficient in using current and emerging AI tools to augment the design process.
• Portfolio: An impressive portfolio with case studies that clearly show your full end-to-end design process and how your work consistently delivers outstanding results.
• Mindset: The ability to thrive in ambiguity, work with little direction, and use persuasive communication to build consensus.
• Languages: Clear, fluent written and spoken English.

자격 요건

• 경력: 엔드투엔드 디자인 전문성을 입증하는 경력과 포트폴리오를 가진 시니어 IC 제품 디자이너로서의 풍부한 경험. 복잡한 디지털 환경을 위한 솔루션 설계 경험 우대.
• 기술: 단순성, 타이포그래피, 상호작용, UI 디자인을 포함한 디자인 원칙에 대한 깊은 이해. 디자인 시스템을 활용하고 필요에 따라 개선할 수 있는 능력. 아이디어 구상부터 결과물 도출까지 디자인 프로세스를 향상시키기 위해 현재 및 신규 AI 툴을 활용하는 데 능숙해야 합니다.
• 포트폴리오: 엔드투엔드 디자인 프로세스 전체를 명확하게 보여주고 작업물이 비즈니스 및 최종 사용자에게 지속적으로 뛰어난 결과를 제공했음을 입증하는 인상적인 포트폴리오 및 사례 연구.
