Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Design: Take ownership of the entire design process for your team's feature area, from initial research and ideation to execution, testing, and validation.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop design strategies. You will also lead workshops, mentor junior designers, and provide valuable feedback to peers.
• User-centered Design: Confidently conduct your own research using various methodologies, create compelling vision work, and build high-fidelity designs and prototypes with a strong grasp of visual and interaction design principles.
• Communication: Build persuasive narratives around your design work to gain buy-in from your team. You will use your clear communication skills to give and receive effective critique and drive excellent outcomes.
• Design Systems & Architecture: You'll be an expert in using the company's design system and will also contribute to building the product's information architecture.

What You Bring

• Experience: Very experienced IC product designer with a work history and portfolio that demonstrate mastery of the end-to-end design craft. Experience designing complex solutions for digital environments, particularly in Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS, is a plus.
• Skills: Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and UI design. Strong storytelling skills to build narratives around your work.
• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Mindset: Autonomous, effective cross-functional collaborator who uses feedback, consensus building, and conflict resolution to drive great outcomes. You have a wider influence on your design team and may have mentored others.
• Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your full end-to-end design process and demonstrates how your work consistently delivers outstanding results for both the business and users.
