Key Responsibilities

• Design & Own User Journeys: Take full ownership of user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention within the Tabby App.
• Create Intuitive Interfaces: Design clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and create a delightful user experience.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problems.
• Ensure Consistency: Partner with designers from other product streams to maintain a cohesive and consistent experience across the entire Tabby app.
• Drive Decisions with Data: Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Conduct User Research: Plan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team.
• Advocate for Your Work: Present and advocate for your designs to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Contribute to Design Systems: Help build and maintain Tabby’s mobile design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scale.
• Own the Full Process: Take full ownership of your work from early concept to polished execution in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing digital products, with a focus on mobile-first B2C experiences.
• Craft Skills: Strong craft skills and a deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android).
• Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals.
• Technical Collaboration: Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering.
• Communication: Confident and strong communication skills, whether you’re talking to a designer or a C-level executive.
• Systems Thinking: Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems.
• Adaptability: The ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• FinTech Experience: Experience in FinTech products is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.

• 디자인 시스템에 기여: 플랫폼별 고려사항을 반영하여 Tabby의 모바일 디자인 시스템에 기여하고, 시각적 및 기능적 일관성을 대규모로 보장합니다.
• 전체 프로세스 담당: 빠르게 변화하는 반복적인 환경에서 초기 컨셉부터 완성된 실행까지 작업의 전체를 책임집니다.

• 입증된 경험: 모바일 우선 B2C 경험에 중점을 둔 디지털 제품 디자인 경험을 포트폴리오를 통해 입증해야 합니다.
• 실무 능력: 강력한 실무 능력과 네이티브 모바일 상호작용 패턴(iOS 및 Android)에 대한 깊은 이해.
