Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain an integrated maps and services product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
• Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear regional product vision and strategy that is consistent with company goals and market needs.
• Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market input, customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across engineering, program management, and senior leadership.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven decisions to optimize product quality and cost.
• Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle to ensure their needs are incorporated into product decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years of work experience in product management, program management, or product marketing. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Education: A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong product management and leadership skills in the face of complex technical challenges.
  • The ability to reduce complex problems into implementable solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial and business modeling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Travel: Must be able to travel approximately 10%, often on short notice.

• 우선순위 설정: 시장 의견, 리서치, 고객 피드백 및 비즈니스 우선순위에 따라 제품 기능 및 개선 사항에 대한 우선순위를 정합니다.
• 교차 기능 리더십: 내부 이해관계자(고위 경영진, 엔지니어링, 프로그램 관리, 지역 제품 관리, 전략적 소싱)와 로드맵 우선순위에 대해 소통하는 주요 연락 담당자 역할을 수행합니다.
• 성과 및 최적화: 제품 성과 지표를 모니터링하고 데이터 기반 의사결정을 통해 제품 품질 및 비용을 최적화합니다.
• 고객 대변: 제품 수명 주기 전반에 걸쳐 고객의 목소리를 대변하고, 고객의 요구사항과 피드백이 제품 결정에 반영되도록 합니다.

자격 요건

• 경력: 제품 관리, 프로그램 관리, 또는 제품 마케팅 분야에서 15년 이상의 경력. 자동차 관련 경험은 우대됩니다.
• 학력: 컴퓨터 과학, 엔지니어링 또는 관련 분야 학위.
• 기술:
  • 복잡한 기술적 문제를 해결하는 데 입증된 강력한 제품 관리 및 리더십 능력.
  • 복잡한 문제와 요구사항을 실행 가능한 솔루션으로 전환하는 능력.
  • 재무/비즈니스 모델링에 대한 지식.
  • MS Office 도구(PowerPoint, Excel) 능숙.
• 언어: 영어와 한국어 모두 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력.
• 출장: 약 10% 정도의 출장(단기 통보 포함)이 가능해야 합니다.
