Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote offers fair, unbiased, and competitive compensation globally, including equitable stock options and benefits. We pay above local market rates to actively support global talent and foster economic growth in developing countries, rejecting "cheap-labor" practices.

Our salary range ($54,900 - $154,400 USD annually) reflects our international operations and distributed workforce. Your exact pay will depend on factors like your location, skills, experience, and business needs. We also support internal career growth with a commitment to pay equity for internal moves.
