Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Manage the delivery of customer programs for Automotive and Enterprise clients, ensuring they are on budget and meet quality standards.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, working with account managers to address escalations and represent customer needs to TomTom's product units.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional meetings and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Project Planning & Best Practices: Develop comprehensive project plans and champion best practices in risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and program delivery.
• Communication: Act as a spokesperson for senior stakeholders and represent the customer's voice internally to ensure their requirements are addressed.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project and product lifecycle management, with a focus on complex projects.
• Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills. A savvy user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Languages: Mastery of English and Korean is essential. Japanese or another major language is a plus.
• Mindset: A dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a "can-do" attitude who is comfortable operating in a changing, ambiguous environment.
• Other: Willingness to travel internationally as required.

자격 요건

• 학력: 공학, 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위.
• 경력: 복잡한 프로젝트에 중점을 둔 프로젝트 및 제품 수명 주기 관리 분야 최소 5년 이상의 전문 경력.
• 기술: 뛰어난 소통, 영향력 행사, 프레젠테이션 능력. Microsoft Office 애플리케이션(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio 등)에 능숙한 사용자.
• 언어: 영어와 한국어 모두 능통해야 합니다. 일본어 또는 기타 주요 언어 능통자는 우대됩니다.
• 마인드: 역동적이고, 외향적이며, 능동적이고, 결과 지향적이며, 자율적이고, 창의적인 사고를 가진, '할 수 있다'는 태도를 지닌 고도로 의욕적인 전문가. 변화하는 환경 속에서 편안하게 일할 수 있는 분.
