What You'll Be Doing

On your first month:

• You'll be fully integrated into the team, participating in plannings, groomings, and retrospectives. You'll also meet various Fever departments.
• You'll get familiar with Fever’s tech stack: frameworks, CI/CD workflows, and supporting infrastructure.
• You'll have many Pull Requests merged and running in production.
• You'll attend some of Fever Original’s experiences, like Candlelight.

After 3 months:

• You'll be able to devise solutions for new, complex problems, from architectural design to implementation.
• You'll continue creating production-grade Python code designed to handle high traffic, measuring functionality outcomes, and improving the product.
• You'll participate in hackdays or hackathons and get to know more engineering team members.

On your 6th month:

• You'll take responsibility for different parts of the systems, analyzing user usage and evolving the platform to meet user needs.
• You'll have participated in the launch of a new microservice, from inception to production.
• You'll mentor other team members through code reviews, architecture design sessions, and pair programming.
• You'll participate in team-building activities for your team or the entire engineering department.

What You Should Bring to the Table

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns.
• Proficient in business English.
• Ability to deliver code from development to production.
• Experience with RESTful APIs (implementation and consumption).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Technologies Used (Experience a Plus):

• Django/Flask
• PostgreSQL
• Redis
• Celery with RabbitMQ
• Experience working on agile methodology.
• Event communication between services.
• Handling services with more than 1000 requests/second.
• AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• 시스템의 여러 부분에 대한 책임을 맡아 사용자 사용량을 분석하고 사용자 요구를 충족시키기 위해 플랫폼을 발전시킬 것입니다.
• 새로운 마이크로서비스 중 하나를 처음부터 프로덕션까지 출시하는 데 참여할 것입니다.
