Fever, a leading global tech platform for live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join its backend team. This is a full-time, remote position based anywhere in South Korea. The role requires an individual with outstanding software development talent who cares deeply about code quality. You'll be integrated into a fast-paced environment and be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining Fever's services, from architectural design to implementation. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns, with experience in technologies like Python, PostgreSQL, and a CI/CD pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development & Architecture: Create production-grade Python code designed for high traffic, and define solutions for new problems from architecture design to implementation.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Participate in team plannings, groomings, and retrospectives. You will also mentor other team members through code reviews, architecture sessions, and pair programming.
- System Management & Evolution: Take responsibility for different parts of the system, analyze user usage, and evolve the platform to meet user needs.
- Microservices Development: Participate in the launch of new microservices from inception to production.
- CI/CD & Infrastructure: Get familiar with Fever’s tech stack, including frameworks, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience: The role is for a senior-level engineer with a proven track record.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns. Proficient in Python, with experience in RESTful APIs, relational databases, and SQL.
- Preferred Technologies: Experience with Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery with RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. Experience with agile methodology is also preferred.
- Languages: Proficient in business English.
- Mindset: A hands-on mindset, with a focus on code quality and getting things done the right way.

자격 요건
- 경력: 입증된 실적을 가진 시니어급 엔지니어.
- 기술: 모범 사례, 테스트, 디자인 패턴에 대한 강력한 지식. Python에 능숙해야 하며, RESTful API, 관계형 데이터베이스, SQL 경험이 필수입니다.
- 우대 기술: Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery (RabbitMQ 포함), AWS, Docker, Kubernetes 경험 우대. 애자일 방법론 경험 우대.
- 언어: 비즈니스 영어 능력 필수.
- 마인드셋: 코드 품질을 중시하고 올바른 방식으로 업무를 수행하는 데 중점을 둔 실무 중심적인 마인드.
