Lunit, a medical AI software company, is looking for a Global HR Manager to join its team in Seoul. This on-site, full-time role is for an experienced HR professional with 3-5 years of experience in a similar global HR role within a multinational company. The position is a key part of the company's global expansion, focusing on designing, localizing, and executing global HR strategies and policies while ensuring compliance with local laws. You'll be pivotal in managing payroll, refining operations, and handling complex employee relations issues across international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Strategy & Policy: Design and execute global HR strategies and policies, ensuring they align with Lunit’s global standards while complying with local laws and cultural contexts in regions like the EU and the US.
- Operational Management: Manage payroll, compensation, and HR data for global sites. You will also operate and manage expatriate programs, from selection to return.
- Employee Relations: Fairly and objectively resolve complex employee relations issues in consultation with legal. This includes addressing workplace challenges and managing disciplinary actions.
- Talent & Growth: Develop and optimize the global talent acquisition pipeline and work with cross-functional teams to support a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in global HR or a similar role in a multinational company.
- Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of global HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations. You must have extensive knowledge of international employment laws and the ability to advise on regulations.
- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English are required.
- Skills: Experience with payroll vendor and expatriate management. You should be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience in global HR consulting, supporting overseas branch/entity setups, or working in the IT or healthcare fields.

- 인재 및 성장: 글로벌 인재 확보 파이프라인을 개발하고 최적화하며, 빠르게 변화하는 환경을 지원하기 위해 여러 부서와 협력합니다.
자격 요건
- 경력: 다국적 기업에서 글로벌 인사 또는 유사한 역할로 3~5년의 경력.
- 지식: 보상, 복지, 직원 관계 및 글로벌 인사 계획/적용/운영을 포함한 글로벌 인사 기능에 대한 확실한 실무 지식. 국제 고용법에 대한 폭넓은 지식을 갖추고 관련 법규에 대해 조언할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 언어: 한국어와 영어 모두에 대한 강력한 구두 및 서면 소통 능력이 필수입니다.
- 기술: 급여 관리 업체 및 주재원 관리 경험. 유연하고 적응력이 뛰어나며, 여러 부서와 효과적으로 협력할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 우대 사항: 글로벌 인사 컨설팅 경험, 해외 지점/법인 설립 지원 경험, 또는 IT 또는 헬스케어 분야 경험.
