Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Own and build large new areas within Cohere's product, working across the backend, frontend, and with Large Language Models.

• Customer-Centric Solutions: Work directly with customers to quickly identify their problems and design and implement solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Rapid Experimentation: Experiment at a high velocity and quality level to engage customers and deliver effective solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Work across the entire product lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to production.

Requirements

• Experience: A track record of scaling products at hyper-growth startups, with a background in building ML infrastructure and AI-powered solutions.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following: Go, Python, Node, React, or Next.js. Experience with language model frameworks like LangChain and evaluation tools like Llama Index is also a plus.

• Languages: Working proficiency in Korean, with fluency preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are also required.
• Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites as needed.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience in Information Retrieval systems, day-to-day NLP, or building LLM applications.

자격 요건

• 경력: ML 인프라 및 AI 기반 솔루션 구축 경험을 바탕으로 급성장하는 스타트업에서 제품을 확장한 실적.
• 기술: Go, Python, Node, React, Next.js 중 하나 이상에 능숙해야 합니다. LangChain과 같은 언어 모델 프레임워크 및 Llama Index와 같은 평가 도구 경험도 우대합니다.
• 언어: 한국어 비즈니스 수준(working proficiency) 이상, 유창함(fluency) 우대. 영어로 강력한 구두 및 서면 소통 능력이 필수입니다.
• 출장: 필요에 따라 고객사로의 출장이 최대 25%까지 가능해야 하며, 개인 선호도에 따라 유연하게 조정 가능합니다.
• 우대 사항: 문서 질의응답을 위한 정보 검색 시스템, 산업 분야의 일상적인 NLP 또는 LLM 애플리케이션 구축 경험.
