What You Will Do

• Technical Design & Proposals: Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution documents. Help design customized solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Project Planning: Identify hardware and software requirements for each project, support technical resource estimation, and track and resolve technical issues during project delivery.
• Collaboration & Communication: Manage technical discussions with customers, helping to define and clarify project requirements. Present solutions and project updates to internal Ericsson teams and share solution information to enhance customer capabilities.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends. Collect field feedback and share it with the R&D team to drive product improvement.
• Community Contribution: Contribute to the Solution Architect (SA) and other relevant communities within Ericsson.
• Risk Management: Participate in identifying and assessing project risks.
• Deployment & Support: Assist with the deployment and rollout of solutions and provide basic technical support to the delivery team.

You Will Bring

• Experience: From new graduates up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electronic Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Cloud Infrastructure (Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI), Network Design, and knowledge of switches (Cisco, Extreme, etc.) and servers (Linux, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Business-level Korean and English communication skills.
• Personal Attributes: The ability to collaborate with customers, a strong grasp of technology, a proactive attitude toward analytical learning and research, and a results-oriented mindset focused on meeting customer expectations.

필수 역량

• 경력: 신입 대졸자 혹은 유관 경력 2년 미만 (통신 장비 분야 경험 우대).
• 학력: 관련 전공(IT, 통신, 전자공학 등) 학사 이상 또는 그에 상응하는 실무 경험.
• 기술 분야 (우대): 클라우드 인프라(Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI), 네트워크 설계, 스위치(Cisco, Extreme 등) 및 서버(리눅스 등) 지식.
• 의사소통 능력: 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량.
• 개인 역량: 뛰어난 소통 능력과 기술 전문성을 바탕으로 고객과 협업할 수 있는 역량, 분석적이고 끊임없이 연구하는 자세, 결과 지향적이고 고객 요구사항을 충족할 수 있는 자세.
