What You'll Do

• Identify and activate key partnerships that support Enterprise segment growth, including HCM technologies, global GSIs, and regional VARs.
• Manage partner relationships from beginning to end, covering onboarding, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Work closely with the Enterprise APAC sales team to align partner efforts with priority segments, named accounts, and revenue targets.
• Support and scale co-selling activities, including joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment.
• Launch and optimize co-marketing campaigns (e.g., events, webinars, account-based marketing, content syndication) targeting Enterprise buyers.
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure strong partner performance, accurate referrals, and clear reporting.
• Maintain visibility of pipeline influence and track partner contribution to Enterprise quota attainment.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel role (Enterprise focus preferred).
• Strong understanding of the HCM, ERP, consulting, or HR tech ecosystem, including experience working with partners like Oracle, SAP, Workday, and Deloitte.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting quota-carrying objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
• Experience working in a fast-growing, global, or remote-first environment.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners across the region.
