Solutions for Our Climate (SFOC) is looking for a Strategy Associate to join its Strategy & Development Unit. This role involves supporting strategic planning and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) functions across programs. The successful candidate will play a key part in aligning organizational goals, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating the energy transition across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and manage short- and long-term organizational goals
  • Update and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives
  • Write strategic plans and prepare stakeholder presentations
  • Conduct research to inform campaign strategy and identify emerging opportunities
  • Coordinate internal planning procedures and strategy alignment across teams
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
  • Collect and analyze performance data; prepare impact and performance reports

Requirements

  • 18+ months of relevant work experience in strategy or data-driven roles
  • Fluent in Korean (written and verbal); Professional fluency in English
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Passionate about climate action and energy transition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning at nonprofits or philanthropic organizations
  • Proficiency with Excel and data tools (SQL, SPSS, etc.)
  • Background in climate, energy, or environmental sectors

  • 기후위기 대응 및 에너지 전환에 대한 열정

우대 조건

  • 비영리/필란트로피 기관에서 전략 기획 경험
  • Excel 및 데이터 도구 활용 능력 (SQL, SPSS 등)
  • 기후, 에너지 관련 전공 및 업무 경험
