Key Responsibilities

• Solution Consulting: Demonstrate to customers how to leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to address their business transformation needs.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our MODSIM offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Provide consulting and training, manage customer projects, and document all support activities.
• Software Testing: Assist with software testing to ensure quality and performance.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Experience with design simulation tools like Abaqus, Catia CAE, SolidWorks simulation, or similar software is preferred. Experience in customer support or technical consulting is also advantageous.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CAD, CAE, and design simulation applications. Expertise in data analysis and modeling.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively understand and address customer needs and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred. Additional languages are a plus.

• 언어: 영어 능력 우대. 추가 언어 능력은 가산점.
