tesa Korea is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support customer troubleshooting, testing, and project execution. This role bridges technical communication between customers and internal teams and includes occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to customer sites
  • Conduct process troubleshooting and optimization
  • Communicate technical requirements from customer to internal teams
  • Perform and interpret test results, create presentations
  • Coordinate with global/regional labs for advanced testing
  • Support technical training, seminars, and exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English (spoken/written) and native Korean
  • MS Office proficiency, strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of PSA tape or adhesive industry is a plus
  • Experience in consumer electronics, product development, or technical service preferred
  • Willing to travel frequently
