Key Responsibilities

• Interface Design: Translate product requirements into user-friendly web interfaces, developing high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
• Web Optimization: Ensure a seamless and optimized web experience across various screen sizes, staying up-to-date on the latest web UI trends and technologies.
• User Experience: Design intuitive, gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create a fluid user experience.
• Collaboration & Iteration: Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to refine UI elements based on user feedback and performance data.
• Presentation: Regularly present design solutions and prototypes to the Retail Product team and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI experience, preferably within trading, financial products, or a fintech platform.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with web-based design is essential. Knowledge of derivative trading is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Visual Design: Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.

• 프레젠테이션: 정기적으로 리테일 제품 팀과 주요 이해관계자에게 디자인 솔루션 및 프로토타입을 발표합니다.

자격 요건

• 경력: 트레이딩, 금융 상품 또는 핀테크 플랫폼에서 5년 이상의 UX/UI 경험.
• 학력: 디자인, 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용(HCI) 또는 관련 분야의 학사 또는 석사 학위.
• 기술: 웹 경험이 필수적이며, 파생상품 트레이딩 지식은 매우 우대됩니다.
• 소통: 디자인 결정을 명확하게 설명하고 방어할 수 있는 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 부서 간 협업 능력.
• 시각 디자인: 디테일, 색상, 타이포그래피 및 레이아웃에 대한 날카로운 감각을 가진 뛰어난 시각 디자인 기술.
