Key Responsibilities

• Product Design: Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core SaaS product, Base360.ai.
• Marketing & Branding: Create high-converting landing pages and marketing assets. You will also contribute to the evolution of the brand's identity across the entire ecosystem.
• Design Systems: Help define and maintain the company's design system and component library for speed and consistency.
• User Research: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and run A/B experiments to iterate and improve designs rapidly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.

Requirements

• Skills: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma. You must be able to translate complex workflows into delightful user experiences.
• Mindset: This role is not for someone looking for a "corporate 9 to 5 job" or a "slow dead-end job." The company is seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual who aims to be "one of the best in the world."

자격 요건

• 기술: Figma를 사용하여 와이어프레임, 프로토타입 및 최종 UI 디자인을 만드는 능력. 복잡한 워크플로우를 즐거운 사용자 경험으로 전환할 수 있어야 합니다.
