Key Responsibilities

• Training Material Development: Create up-to-date and effective training materials and localize new product training content from global assets.
• Customized Training: Develop customized training content and conduct sessions for business partners and staff at optical stores or via digital channels.
• Internal Training: Provide product training to internal teams, including sales and customer care.
• Logistics Support: Help organize logistics for group training sessions or seminars.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in optic science is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the optical industry. At least 5 years of experience working as an optician or a dispenser, or training eyecare practitioners. Experience in educational content planning or e-learning platform operation is a plus.
• Skills & Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into simple terms. Strong presentation skills and logical thinking. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Language: Able to communicate in English.
• Other: Must be comfortable with the working condition of spending 70% of working hours on the field, including business trips to local cities.

• 물류 및 행사 지원: 그룹 교육 세션 또는 세미나를 위한 물류 준비를 지원합니다.

자격 요건

• 학력: 광학 관련 학사 학위 필수(석사 학위 우대).
• 경력: 광학 업계에서 최소 5년 이상의 경력. 안경사 또는 안경 조제 분야에서 5년 이상 근무 경험 또는 교육 경험. 교육 콘텐츠 기획 또는 e-러닝 플랫폼 운영 경험은 우대.
• 기술 및 지식: 파워포인트, 엑셀, 워드 등 사무용 프로그램 활용 능력.
• 소프트 스킬: 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력, 다양한 청중에 맞는 강력한 프레젠테이션 기술, 논리적 사고, 긍정적이고 열정적인 태도, 뛰어난 대인관계 능력.
• 언어: 영어 소통 가능.
• 기타: 업무 시간의 약 70%가 출장을 포함한 현장 근무가 가능해야 합니다.
