Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns—from planning through delivery
• Produce bold, problem-solving designs tailored to various channels and formats
• Manage multiple design projects with consistent brand quality
• Communicate design rationale and collaborate with copywriters, leads, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a design portfolio aligned with Traveloka’s brand identity
• Present concepts to internal teams and oversee execution with production vendors
• Stay informed on local visual trends and integrate them into designs
• Support photo/video shoot design and supervise production derivatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in visual design, communication campaigns, and production support
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Creative Suite) on macOS
• Strong visual communication skills and understanding of user behavior in Korea
• Ability to multitask, thrive under time constraints, and adapt quickly
• Curious, collaborative, fun-loving, and detail-oriented
• Illustration skills are a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Traveloka 브랜드 아이덴티티를 담은 디자인 포트폴리오 구성 및 발전
• 내부 스테이크홀더 대상 기획 발표 및 프로덕션 벤더와 제작 관리
• 한국의 최신 시각 트렌드를 디자인에 반영
• 이미지/영상 촬영 관련 디자인 및 후속 제작 관리

자격 요건

• 비주얼 커뮤니케이션, 캠페인 디자인 및 제작 지원 실무 3년 이상
• macOS 환경에서 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 숙련
• 사용자 행동 기반의 비주얼 커뮤니케이션 감각 보유
• 다양한 업무 수행 가능하며 시간 압박 속에서도 높은 디테일 유지
• 호기심 많고 협업 지향적이며 유연한 사고 방식
• 일러스트레이션 활용 능력 보유 시 우대
• 영어로 원활한 의사소통 가능
