Milestone Technologies, a global IT managed services firm, is seeking a remote ServiceNow Visual Designer in South Korea. This is a full-time position for a talented UX/UI designer with 3+ years of professional design experience. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing enterprise applications that align with brand guidelines. The role requires expertise in prototyping tools like Axure and a strong understanding of visual design, usability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Prototyping: Develop UX design concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using tools like Axure.
  • Collaboration: Brainstorm with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to create usable products. You will also collaborate with the UX team to understand project insights.
  • Documentation: Establish and document requirements and user journeys to encompass product strategy.
  • Evaluation & Research: Participate in usability studies and research to evaluate applications and document findings.
  • Independent Work: Prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience, with an emphasis on product design and usability.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of web UI/UX prototyping with Axure. You should also be an expert in common Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Sketch and Zeppelin is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or a Usability/UX-related certification is a plus.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Location: Remote in South Korea.‍
  • Experience: Previous experience in a digital agency, lifestyle, or tech company is a plus.

자격 요건

  • 경력: 제품 디자인 및 사용성을 중심으로 3년 이상의 전문 디자인 경력.
  • 기술: Axure를 사용한 웹 UI/UX 프로토타이핑에 대한 전문가 수준의 지식. 또한 일반적인 Adobe 애플리케이션(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)에 능숙하고 HTML, CSS, JavaScript에 대한 기본 지식이 있어야 합니다. Sketch 및 Zeppelin 사용 경험 우대.
